Working Principle of OTR Tire Debeader Machine

The OTR tire debeader mainly consists of the frame body, motor, hydraulic system, clamping jaws, traction device, tyre support platform, and so on. It works by the following steps:

  • Fix the mining tires on the support platform of the tire steel wire drawing machine,
  • The position of the tire mouth is aligned with the clamping jaws.
  • The clamping jaws work under the drive of the hydraulic system to hook out the bead steel wire.
  • After removing the bead wire, the rubber portion can go to the next cut-off process for deep recycling!
