Structure and Working Principle of Old Tyre Powder Making Machines

This crumb rubber manufacturing unit consists of a feeding conveyor, two magnetic separators, a rubber milling machine, vibrating screens, etc. It works as the below steps:

  • The rubber blocks that the tire shredder processes enter the tire grinding system via the conveyor.
  • The first magnetic separator removes larger steel wires and other metal contaminants to prevent damage to the rubber pulverizer.
  • The tire mill grinds the rubber blocks to a uniform 10-40 mesh powder.
  • Rubber powder enters the vibrating sieve. The rubber powder that meets the set mesh size goes to the next sieve, while those that do not pass are returned to continue grinding.
  • Further sieving of the sieved tire powder to remove hairy iron wires and increase the purity of the rubber powder to more than 99%
  • According to the type of tyres, choose whether to enter the next stage of nylon sieving.
