轮胎拉拔机主要包括液压系统、钩爪装置、固定装置、电控系统和框架。工作过程如下：
1. 将轮胎放入轮胎拉拔机的夹持装置中，轮胎口与钩爪装置对齐。
2. 启动设备，钩爪装置将在液压系统的驱动下拉出轮胎的钢丝
3. 钢丝已成功移除，便于进一步切割回收。
