OTR珠边分离器采用机械挤压和刀具切割相结合的方式，将珠边橡胶与钢珠分离。

  • 解体的OTR轮胎珠边被放置在上下压轮之间。
  • 一旦机器启动，压轮夹紧并驱动轮胎口缓慢旋转。
  • 同时，切割机制开始运作，沿着轮胎外壳的内缘切割并剥离厚钢珠。
  • 剥离的钢珠随后滑出排放口，而橡胶可以单独回收。
